Questions

Three things clients ask first

These are the questions that arrive most often before a project begins. If yours is not here, the form above reaches the same engineer who would answer it.

A single weather station or one plant room integration commonly runs four to eight weeks from the first survey to signed handover. A regional monitoring network or an estate-wide building integration is planned in phases and can span several months, with each phase handed over and documented before the next begins. The observation plan is always completed first, because every later decision depends on it.

Yes. The studio is based in Kunming and routinely travels for surveys and commissioning. For sites further afield we plan remote support around local staff, standard parts and clear documentation, so that routine servicing does not depend on a visit from us. Long-distance projects begin with a site survey and a written observation plan before any equipment is specified.

Every handover includes the observation plan, wiring schedules and point lists, a calibration and maintenance register, pipeline diagrams and data dictionaries, and the dashboard layout with its alarm philosophy. We train the people who will maintain the system and leave enough written detail that a new engineer can pick up the thread without us. Ownership of the documentation and the data stays with the client.

CloudSage Ecom opens its winter integration window for new observation and building projects, and the studio is now booking commissioning visits across the region.
